Fossil Galaxy opened in Galveston, Texas in 2019. Although we are relatively a new store, we have been buying and selling fossils and minerals for over two decades. We have a simple philosophy of only buying the very best quality so it’s always in demand. We specialize in rare museum quality specimens, that will become a conversation piece for your home or office for generations. With a Graduate Gemologist on staff, most of our items on this website come with a Certificate of Authenticity and Appraisal.

We only sell fossils that have been legally obtained on private land with permission and can be legally sold. All of our suppliers are members of the AAPS Association of Applied Paleontological Science.
